I seen your smile
Across the miles
What I seen
Was to be my friend
Who would have known?
Together, we've grown
Laughter and the tears
Sharing each others fear
Finding we arent so wrong
Then putting it in a song
Find each others ways
And making it another day
Your smile was first I seen
It just set the scene
For me to see inside
From other you hide
My heart is full of joy
Youre not the average boy
My dearest, I have seen
The person that is my friend
